About
Patricia Wells is a Independent Photographer/Artist and Postgraduate Student in Digital Media at the University of Hull, School of Art and New Media.
Her academic research focus involves HCI studies of memory, space and identity performance through social mobile photo sharing apps.
Prior research investigated photo retouching and aspects of the Uncanny Valley.
She is proficient in multiple areas of digital media production and digital photography and is a pioneer iphone & ipad-ographer. She actively exhibits her artwork in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Her art is represented by the LACDA (Los Angeles Center for Digital Art).
