I am a critical discourse analyst and cultural political economist. I follow a critical realist approach to research.
My substantive research interests are in democratic theory and practice, environmental politics and political economy. I am currently working on discursive construals of the knowledge-based bio-economy/low carbon economy and on narratives of the current financial crisis.
