About
I am interested in the effects of social interactions in hybrid structures of organising with an emphasis on organisational change/conflict; social responsibilities across societal sectors. Furthermore, I am interested in the application of complexity in the study of organisational hybrids and organisational change; social responsibilities and interactions across societal sectors for achieving sustainable organisational identities and governance structures through accountable processes; The functional role of conflict within organisations and across economic sectors.
